ARTIST BIOGRAPHY

Born in Hong Kong in 1962, Joe came to Scotland to study Graphic Design before undertaking a Fine Art degree in drawing and painting at Grays School of Art, Aberdeen, where he was taught by Gordon Bryce. He has since returned there to lecture in Drawing and Painting.

His paintings come from his imagination, the stuff of Bruegel, all painted though with a muted palette.

He is an elected Royal Scottish Academician and has exhibits regularly in London and Scotland.
